Frequently asked questions?

Will I still hear my alarm?

The earplugs act as a sound balancer and will reduce all sounds by 27 dB. The sound of your alarm will be reduced but it will still be audible through your earplugs. Make sure to put your alarm on loud and you should still hear it.

Top tip: the first time you put in your earplugs do a quick check to see if you can hear it and adjust the volume accordingly.

Can I sleep on my side?

Yes, our low profile design and soft silicon make it comfortable to sleep in all sleeping positions

Can I reuse the earplugs?

Yes, unlike foam earplugs our earplugs are designed to be reused. Please ensure you regularly clean your earplugs.

How do I know if they will fit?

All our earplugs include 4 sizes of soft silicon ear tips. Try out the different sizes to find your personalised fit. You want it to be tight enough that it will reduce the maximum noise and not fall out, whilst also being comfortable in your ear.
